Dinsdag 13 oktober schaakte Caïssa 4 thuis tegen KTV 2. Caïssa 4 is dit jaar gepromoveerd naar de derde klasse. Lijfsbehoud in de derde klasse is ons streven. <\/div>\n

<\/span>Het eerste, tweede en derde team verloren de eerste wedstrijd met 5-3. Aan ons nu om het tij te keren. <\/p>\n

Jan Schagen kwam op het eerste bord verrassend met een pion voorsprong uit de opening. Al snel stond het weer gelijk en moest ik met remise genoegen nemen. Rens van der klei won op bord 4, Henk Sijm op bord 3 verloor. Het bleef spannend. <\/div>\n

Niels van der Mark had een mooie partij netjes met een mat afgerond. Helaas verloren daarna Jan Smink en Erik Pot hun partij. Beide waren ontevreden over hun patij. De stand 2.5-3.5. Roel Ridderikhoff pakte koelbloedig de winst. “Ik heb mijn lever geschoond” was zijn commentaar. De stand 3.5-3.5 gelijk dus <\/div>\n

Wout Druijf kon er in een spannend eindspel geen remise meer uitslepen. De eindstand: Caïssa 4 verliest met 3.5-4.5 van KTV 2. <\/div>\n
